Piece of fish, wrap in greaseproof paper. Season fish, and chop up some spring onions and add. Drizzle some olive oil on and cook in the oven. Add veg. Boom.

That sounds so good! Totally having salmon, broccoli and baby potatoes for dinner tonight now. Sod the courgetti.

I know.... salmon is usually a staple in chez meh. Sometimes I mix it up and sprinkle parmesan over the top too. Amazeballs. I just feel like a bit of salmon and there is some in the freezer...

These are all good ideas. I will nearly but not exactly follow them by stewing white fish, sliced potato and tomato in a shallow pan, and then dob in parsley and olives. I invented the three ingredient rule so I feel free to break it and also I forgot I had good black olives in the fridge.
