there won't be that many laughs, jethers

it'll be a serious story about self-discovery and learning what you are truly capable of

Yup. That sounds proper dodge!

It's not too bad thanks FF! I don't feel ill and there's a nice steady weight loss although I'm contemplating a real meal at the weekend to give my metabolism a bit of a mix up. Also using this time to get a better sleep pattern in place and am feeling nicely rested after a 9.5hr snooze last night \ /

(I actually have a list of milkshake places I would like to try and I assume "just a glass of milk" is a thing they could do)

If I have anything to drink there is a 50% chance you are going to have to take me to A&E for a section 2 assessment but I suppose I can have a diet coke anywhere :D

I can drink diet coke etc or soda water. I will not be requiring milk. If it is necessary I will have some with me. Fret not my dear.

No, not feeling faint. How did you miss the milk story?! You posted on the thread! 4 pints of milk a day, vitamins and a stock based drink.

I thought that was a follow up to a first one - didn't know if it was just milk and the stock drink or part of a wider plan
good your'e not feeling faint like with so many diets!
