I think it's fine.

It's just a different approach. I don't know what your drama is, Jethro.

Probably not, and I doubt they would want me.

I quite like Nottingham, was there for a week before Xmas and also on Halloween last year, the city centre is good fun. Some great pubs and the food stalls in the centre were pretty good.

Srsly, if you're in town, I'll be happy to have a drink with you. Perhaps we can even get Betty out and about too.

There are already a lot of English around. In fact, there are 6 people in my work team, and 4 of them are English blokes.

Isn't Perth where you have the largest concentration of non-Australians in Australia?

Austin Moore meanwhile look good, the kind of small firm is like to work for. I wish I'd trained somewhere like that.

Why do these small shops never have banking teams? I'd have thought it was the ideal market for a boutique - massive, fragmented market, universal demand (every corporate client will need financing), limited barriers to entry and not that much competition, certainly not compared with bob-a-job small town company/commercial work. But there seems to be limited appetite for t whichnis one reason I moved away from transactional finance work - i ultimately see my career unfolding at a boutique sort of operation.

I'm not sure other people would really want to see a super close up of my face.

Not particularly interested in Nottingham as I don't have any links to the place and it is not that awesome.

There was a point where everyone at Mishcon de Reya had to have a photo with their chin on their hand...

Sadly they seem to have stopped that now and replaced all the photos, but here's an example:
