Dunno....I can see benefits being a woman:

1. live longer
2. make a baby/control over having a child
3. more life choices-don't necessarily have to be breadwinner whereas usually men do or are seen as losers or wet in our society
4. romantically don't have to make the first move as much as men which is probably less stressful (possibility of rejection) than for young men.

I can see negatives too which mostly revolve around pressures to conform to the whole beauty/fashion/.good mother thing in western culture.

Not sure I have an answer to the question, but I do have some observations.

1. It is clear from the link on misshoolie's thread about ripped older dudes that not all men get better looking with age. A couple of those fellas looked way older than their quoted ages.

2. Either gender can fail in an epic fashion.

3. You have not reached the end of your potential. Lack of imagination + inertia =/= reaching the end of one's potential.

Swings and roundabouts though Clergs.

Wimmin have plenty of sh1tty things happen to them too, just different sh1tty things. These things (abusive relationships, trafficking, slavery) are also less visible so less likely to be recorded.

I worry about my daughter more than my son, for what that is worth.

Men get trafficked and enslaved probably more than women do because they are sold and shipped as commodity

For me what swings it is:

- no menatruation
- getting hotter as you age (deffo happening to me, but then I started low)
- capacity for enjoying casual sex without guilt - one of life'/ great gifts, and wasted on young men frankly

Clergs, it seems to me that educated middle class women have the most life choices - decent career and independence or a nice life at home with the kids (not all I know but in general). They are also pulling ahead of men in most professions prior to child bearing age when many choose to give up or slow down. Middle class men these days all seem to be at the beck and call of their wives and kids.

Working class women still seem to be saddled with all the domestic stuff as well as a usually very dull job - even if they are lucky enough to hold on to the father of their kids. Working class men have their own problems but seem to enjoy more freedom than their woman folk or middle class men for that matter.

Clergs, describing them will definitely get me banned.

But on account of them, I am definitely thankful that I am a woman!

M88 you yourself are always attributing the ability to enjoy commitment free sex to the possession of a Y chromosome

Women enjoy casual sex, in the moment. If it's with me, anyway.

They just fret about it afterwards.

Like I say, I'd be a man. In the words of Eddie Vedder: he won the loterrreeeeee.... when he was boooorn...

I've just about always thought man actually even when I was 10.
The only plus for women is for me at least it was a huge pleasure and wonderful to bear a child, give birth and breastfeed. Men can't do that. Also some men in later life get a bit miserable and lonely and fewer women do in my view.

Women own 99% of the world's wealth and 33% of its income so that's a pretty good reason to prefer being male.

However on the whole the differences between us are not massive and we are all humans. I would like to see fewer gender divides, no gender on pass ports and forms. Mind you poor L5 has not yet worn his "zie" slogan T shirt he was bought for Christmas (which I think would offend just about everyone who saw it in most contexts so I have suggested it may be best not to wear it).

How long an orgasm is, as a man, really depends on how it's delivered. Ones delivered by means of someone else's mouth or hand can last aaaaaages.

As for multiple ones, there is a longer recharge period for men sure but I have had three in an hour before.

I've lived amidst society as both..

FWIW, I think men have it easier and take male privilege for granted. I certainly noticed that when it went.

for all the things men are ordinarily thankful to women for in their lives, I could never be or wish to be a woman. It is too much hassle.

Also those boobies will be addictive. I still don't understand why women don't feel the same attraction to their boobies as men do.

In that case, birth certificate and all other identifying docs say girl, so that's good enough for me. Never understood non-binary though. Always struggled with that concept.

Tough Q

Women have to give birth, but men have to go to war
Men have to spend ages shaving, but women have to do the same with make-up
Women have more choice with clothes, but nobody really cares what men wear

It's Even Stevens, I reckon

A man.

We are lucky to live in countries where domestic violence and a 20-30% pay gap are our biggest issues. It's a lot worse for most women elsewhere.

L5's T shirt was a kind present but I am not sure when he can wear it.

Also women have to endure menstruation - age 13 to 55 here and counting..... (except a few periods pregnant).

I have never faked an orgasm. Orgasms are a red herring here and not sufficient to make men want to be women.

Dux - Well admittedly it's only possible if one is wearing a condom, but it's really not that difficult. Just act like you've arrived and then quickly get said jonny out of sight and into the bin before any evidence (or lack thereof) can be used against you in a court of hilarious double standards regarding faking it.

Fluffy - A google search will prove that men fake it too, it's not some sort of mystic ritual that only women know.

When you don't want to hurt someone's feelings DPW. Or when you want to finish but aren't even halfway there and can't be bothered to have an awkward conversation afterwards as to why it didn't happen. Or both, usually both.

"Is there something about your relationship that we need to know?"

Early stages of a relationship = lots of sex = only so many genuine orgasms one can have in the course of a day. Ergo the faking (on occasion). Got to be careful to mix it in with the genuine orgasms though, so as to avoid suspicion.

If you must know.

"are you f*cking the receptionist?"

No, I just happen to live within a 10 minute walking distance of my other half, which leads to a lot of last-minute overnighters, weekenders etc.

You're very curious about all this, I thought this was the modern way of dating, no?
