A Baker & McKenzie associate has resigned after sexual harassment allegations were made against him by a female associate at the firm.

RollOnFriday is not naming the parties but can confirm that the incident occurred in Baker & McKenzie's Singapore office. The firm launched an investigation into the matter when the allegations were made, however the accused associate left of his own volition before it was concluded.

Along with pretty much every firm, Bakers does have form on this sort of thing, including possibly the highest profile law firm harassment case which involved a lawyer groping a secretary while dropping M&Ms into her blouse pocket and asking which of her breasts was the biggest. But at least in this instance RollOnFriday understands that Bakers took steps to look into the matter as soon as it became aware of the allegations.

When one associate puts his willy into another associate's ear, that makes me a saaaaad panda
