A Toronto lawyer has been charged with assault after getting into a fist fight with one of his colleagues in a pub.

Constantinos Stratos, a Crown Attorney, was having dinner with two of his colleagues a couple of weeks ago when the fight suddenly errupted. The Toronto Star reports that a male colleague suffered facial injuries, and a female colleague lost a tooth after she got between the two men and was accidentally hit.

Both were treated by paramedics at the scene, police were called and Stratos was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He has yet to appear in court.

A spokesman for the Law Society would only say that all complaints would be investigated.
