A US lawyer has said he is going on a hunger strike unless he is allowed on television to defend people who take pictures of themselves naked.

Brian Zulberti came to prominence when he emailed begging letters to law firms which included a photograph of him showing off his arm muscles. None replied, so he posted a photograph of himself on Facebook in just his underpants with a crayoned sign asking law firms to hire him. They didn't. Zulberti diagnosed that his underpants were the problem and put up a website displaying himself in the nude. Having continued to receive no calls from the likes of Bakers or White & Case, the unemployed lawyer decided they were discriminating unfairly against people who show their bodies as God made them, and announced that he would starve himself on the steps of the Supreme Court unless certain demands were met.

Zulberti's application certainly stood out from the crowd

Zulberti said his hunger strike, reported by US blog Above the Law, would start on 2 June and continue until either CNN agrees to give him 90 seconds during prime time "to speak to the nation" about how companies should not punish people for using social media, or until he "requires hospitalization for exhaustion or malnutrition". RollOnFriday asked William Hill for odds, but a spokesman said it wouldn't take RoF's money if there was a risk Zulberti may hurt himself.
Tip Off ROF

'A escort'? I think he means 'an'... I wouldn't hire him either with grammatical errors like that!
