A barrister has claimed that Milkybars are imprinted with the image of a penis.
The brief told reporters he was eating a Milkybar during a World Cup game when he looked down and "was surprised to see a massive penis staring up at me".
He said, "there's no point denying what it looks like. It is obvious - we can all see it". He added that he thought the presence of a phallus on the white chocolate snack was inappropriate for children: "Surely the people making the bar can see what it looks like".
But Nestle denied it was embossing its confectionary with nobs. A spokesman said, "We're surprised and sorry to hear that [the barrister] thought the picture on the Milkybar resembles male genitalia. It is in fact an image of a horse's head belonging to the Milkybar Kid".
RollOnFriday asked Nestle whether it looks a bit like the horse's head is ejaculating onto the Milkybar Kid's hat, but the company declined to comment further.
