Close the door and channel your true feelings, the RollOnFriday Firm of the Year 2017 survey is open.
FOTY is the biggest and best poll where lawyers, trainees, paralegals and non-fee-earners answer eight multiple choice questions rating their firm's pay, management, culture, work-life balance and, crucially, its loos and meeting room biscuits.
Whichever firm comes top is crowned the RollOnFriday Firm of the Year 2017. Whichever firm comes bottom endures the Golden Turd.
Last year an incredible 4,705 responses were gratefully received. US firm Shearman & Sterling and Bristol-based Burges Salmon came joint top, while the Golden Turd dropped from a great height onto Hill Dickinson.
But a new trophy has been smelted and a new stool has been passed, and RollOnFriday needs you to decide which goes where. Of course there's more than just the winner and the loser. The full rankings are used all year by students and lawyers to assess where to take a job and where to avoid like the plague. And it's a platform for you to anonymously say what's right and wrong at your firm, because law firm management teams also pay close attention to the results.
We don't ask much of you, dear reader, but we do ask this - please rate your firm. The results will be announced in January. Thank you.
