The legal costs lawyer who kicked off a huge spat on LinkedIn in which he called a woman a "waste of skin" has provoked more anger by calling a claims manager "gay". Paul Fulcher, the director of his own legal costs business, told RollOnFriday his account had been hacked.

A regulated claims manager, Warren Taylor, posted on the professional networking site, "I totally understand that I'm extremely handsome with nice hair", but, "LinkedIn is not a dating site...I'm sick and tired of inbox upon inbox asking to take me out!" He protested, "I am not a piece of meat".

Fulcher responded, "Gay".




Taylor replied that Fulcher was "a homophobe" (with "bad hair"). Another user questioned Fulcher's business case for posting the comment.



However Fulcher denied involvement, telling RollOnFriday, "not me sorry looks like someone has hacked my account". He said, "never saw it until now but deleted and thanks for pointing it out".

During Fulcher's previous LinkedIn feud a poster called 'Simon Parker' supported Fulcher and made comments that were equally incendiary, including calling for an NQ who criticised Fulcher to be sued for defamation and reported to the SRA. Parker's profile states that he is "Head of Civil Litigation" at an unnamed "City Firm in Manchester". RollOnFriday was unable to verify Parker's identity, but Fulcher denied that Parker was a sock puppet operated by him. This week Fulcher produced what he claimed was a discussion with Parker as evidence that they were separate men bound by a shared hatred of liberal values:



Hinting at a wide-ranging and unlikely conspiracy, Fulcher told RollOnFriday that the person who hacked his LinkedIn account to call people gay, "could be the same person who told you I am Simon Parker".
