A paralegal at Slaughter and May has caused much mirth in the City after posting photos of his glamorous new job on the web.

The paralegal had been taken on for a 30 day document review job. But to relieve the long hours reading contracts, he started posting comments on Facebook and photos of his desk on Instagram. And it seems he sneaked into a partner's room to post panoramic photographs of the office. His comments included insights such as:

name on the door... yeaaaah boooooiii
#partners office #name on the door #nextstopnameonthewall #slaughterandmay #love my job

sooo tired, but this new office keeps me happs!

    In his dreams
    In reality

And the best, accompanying a photo of the Macbook he had set up on his desk to watch TV was:

Lol getting paid bucks to eat M&S and watch Friends... haha!
#lovethisjob #kushti #slaughterandmay

Given the career-limiting nature of these postings the paralegal has now deleted all the comments and photos, and a spokesman for Slaughter and May said that he was unaware of a facebook* and doubted this internet superhighway would catch on**.

Fantastic: a level of enthusiasm which we had only previously seen from staff at Bond Dickinson.
