Higher Rights in lieu of electives on PSC

... has anyone considered this?

It looks like not many firms allow trainees to take this course instead of the electives.. I would be interested in people's views

I'm a litigator but I've never needed higher rights. You'll probably be too busy to waste half a day or more in court. its cheaper for the client and easier for you to send it out to counsel instead.

That said, if you're wanting to have higher rights and do loads of advocacy yourself then fill your boots
