Our tenants have just moved out after living in our flat for 4 years, so our flat is now available.

It is a first floor 2 bed flat with open plan living/kitchen area, 1 bathroom and a balcony overlooking a quiet garden.

£1450 pcm includes the water bill and the heating and hot water (which are communal to the building). So the only bills for you on top would be electric, gas (for hob) and council tax (and whatever broadband you choose).

It is a 15 minute walk into the city, so you can avoid public transport (which may be particularly appealing in these strange times). Equally it is less than 5 minutes to Aldgate, Tower Hill and Tower Gateway for DLR if you need to travel further afield.

This is a private rental arrangement with us as landlords, so no additional fees, but 1 months deposit and references will be required.
