As an Arsenal fan then whilst Spurs undoubtedly represent the Forces of Evil, I think it is a bit of a stretch to suggest that Arsenal are a Force of Light. 

Arsenal are one of the great institutions of British football.

Spurs are a mid sized club who happen to be based in London and have exploited the advantages of this. Upper midtable and the odd cup run is their natural home.
