Basically realised it was a pyramid scheme and made a lot of profit very quickly before selling. Vote up! 0 Vote down! 0 I read the Football Index bumf at the start and I had no idea how it was meant to make money. Bemused that anyone lumped in for the long term. Vote up! 0 Vote down! 0 I for one am absolutely staggered by this news. Vote up! 0 Vote down! 0 Yeah it was taking advantage of people who were interested in football but not interested enough to find out how it made money. At one point the company would buy back 'shares' at a very slight discount. But the pyramid kept going up and up. So I invested 5k. After about a month it was 'worth' 7k but the company bought all my 'shares' for 6kish. I won a couple of daily payouts as well. There is absolutely no way anyone who understands business thought it would work. Refresh Back to board Join the discussion Login Register
