No, under the new process they just suspend while the complaint against him is being investigated, but everyone keeps shtum on the nature of the complaint. Could take quite a while to resolve- I don't believe there has been a lot of progress on the Conor McGinn situation either (he was suspended in Dec when a complaint was also made against him.... I don't think that Labour likes being particularly transparent in its dealings on these kind of issues.
