Litigators - quick CPR/court form q

I still have to file Form N434 even if I have just been appointed as the first solicitor in the matter right? As in, there is no change of solicitor?

High Court at Manchester if that makes any difference.

Nevermind - the answer is yes. "Change of solicitor" in form N434 includes a change from a party acting in person to acting via solicitor, as Part 42 makes clear.

If you are relying on a stranger on the internet to guide you on what you should do here, struandirk, you should already be notifying your insurer.

When doing so, you should probably add the stranger on the internet also claims he knows female pheasants can change sex because they change colour to look like male pheasants.
