are you doing it with a coach present and making adjustments in the room, or in a large group / online setting? THe latter two are utterly pointless and the branded classes are a massive grift, with instructors who have done a week's course. The only way this works is in 1-1 or tiny groups with a properly qualified instructor who is breathing down your neck constantly. Same for mat pilates.
The difference between doing it wrong and making it work is minute and you need a hawk eye on you to ensure you're making it work. And the person with the hawk eye should ideally be someone who is a former dancer who has done extensive training themselves and has all the anatomy qualifications. Once you find them, hold them close and do not let go.

I do like golf. I played 9 holes this morning and am currently wearing my "Hawaii Prince Golf Club" polo.

I do it in small groups with very well qualified instructors who are good at correcting, etc.
The studio is next to a cafe that sells very tasty chocolate chip cookies though. :-(
