My regime:

Don't exercise - you will only wear out joints and other body parts and tire yourself. This will lead to feeling hungry. Your body will overcompensate and lay down emergency fat reserves. 

Don't diet - your body will panic and lay down emergency fat reserves. Eat protein. Full fat milk tastes better in cereal and it goes further in coffee. 

Stress - the constant state of anxiety will burn off many calories. A sedentary office based job is perfect for this. 

Drink neat spirits - this will cleanse your system from the inside.

I've lost 1.5 stone in about two and half months and will probably get down to a natural weight eventually, whatever that is. So I'm not the fun-loving chubster I once was.
