I saw Bez when he was in Black Grape in the 90s and he was brilliant. He's still brilliant, as evidenced by the energy he's putting into this solo spot leading Fieldfisher staff in a Stone Roses singalong. Good for him.

But also, credit where its due: for all Fieldfisher's issues at the top (and check back soon for more on that), whoever was responsible for booking Bez made an excellent choice. Now immortal, never to be taken away: Bez singing, "Fieldfisherrr!! This is how we say it, c'mon then!"
