Not sure posh enough (it is for me) but lantana do a good aussie cafe style brekkie

The best ones like Kettners have all been bought out tbh.

Someone on here recommended Delamina in Marylebone for dinner. I haven’t tried it but also looks interesting for breakfast

Yep I recommended Delamina but never done breakfast there.

45 Jermyn Street behind Fortnums is v good for a posh breakfast and quieter than the Wolseley. 

The Guinea but you will have to have a nap after. 

Delauney is my favourite now the cafe on The Cut has shut down.

Delaunay is a place where everyone raves. Imo it is bang on average, at best

Yes The Guinea offers a very solid breakfast.

Roger same goes for the Wolesley. It's very mediocre.

Dishoom is superb though not 'posh'.

Same for Honer and Co.

I stand by Hawksmoor knocking shades of any hotel breakfast - although very meat focussed obvs.

The Guinea 'All grills come with sausage, bacon, fried egg, mushroom, tomato and onion'.

That's the spirit.
