You have until Beltane’s Day to issue a writ asunder before all sins of the last year are cleansed by fire. If you’re suing them for the witchcraft of flight you need to issue in the Bill Chamber under the Scottish Enlightenment Act 1572.
However if the auld wrang was committed on Ne’er Day they have the defence under the Papist (Defence of the Kirk) Act 1997
"The pursuer is a mentally deranged woman known for her extreme anti-vax views and attention seeking posts on social media. On the morning in question..."
Norwegian Air. They promised me expenses (by text message) after a flight was cancelled. When I tried to claim them, they refused to pay on the basis that I didn't take their later replacement flight (by the time they told me a replacement flight even existed I had already booked an alternative with Easyjet at a better time). There was no condition in the expenses promise that I needed to hold on for their replacement (their text message also said they were "having trouble finding accommodation in the Copenhagen area therefore please make your own arrangements", lending a sense of urgency to things.
Anyway have now outed myself to the Norwegian Air lawyers waves
I had to fight Ryanair for compo after a flight cancellation. By the time they sent a cheque, I had moved house and didn't receive it. They refused to cancel and reissue to the correct address.

There is some kind of industry common practice, shadowing the EU customer protection thingy, that you have to hang around and give them a chance to fix it otherwise all bets are off.

Was it Pan Am for their part in covering up the Palestinian responsibility for Lockerbie? If so, you have bigger problems than limitation periods

Also is no one else intrigued by what the TERRIBLE PERSONAL AFFRONT could be that gave rise to this potentially landmark litigation?
