I’m moving out of my studio and wondering if anyone would like to take it. It’s big (just shy of 400 sqf), with separate and proper kitchen/laundry, south facing with big bay windows. Wooden floorboard, king sized bed, and good storage. On the ground floor of a white stucco front period building on a residential road.
 

~5min walk to Lancaster Gate and Paddington station, ~10min walk to Royal Oak, Bayswater and Queensway stations. Short walk to a huge Waitrose and proper sized Tesco + 5 smaller ones (sainsbury, co-op and Tesco Express). A plethora of cafes/brunch spots and gyms. <10min walk to the best fitness studios incl Barry’s bootcamp, 1Rebel, Heartcore, Barrecore and Psycle. 
 

Rent is £1230 a month which is extremely reasonable esp considering the size and location. Move-in date flexible at this point. End of June / Early July would work best. For photos / more info pls DM
