Trump… Body language

Perfection

They all know exactly what he is.

It’s 100% real.

And Mike doesn’t just point, he half turns.

From a body language perspective Johnson 100% believes Trump is a ‘hardened criminal’.

It was more a joke about his physical state Bertha.

But since you ask, wouldn’t “hardened criminal” require a conviction in criminal proceedings? Now that may well happen (hopefully so) in the near future but it hasn’t yet.

Is prison time necessary to be a hardened criminal?

I mean Al Capone didn’t do prison time till quite late in the day.. was he not a hardened criminal?

Lots of the mafia bosses never do time.. does that mean they are soft criminals?

In my view a hardened criminal is one that has complete disregard for the law.

Whether some is legal or illegal is irrelevant. They are just going to do whatever it is they want however they can make that happen.

Sorry guys, I don’t have the time for another one of our lovely exchanges today. But let me leave you with this……

When I looked at Scylla’s first post and then the X vid, I laughed (because it’s funny) but I also thought that it was more of a gesture towards when you are tying in your comment to what another person has said. A gesture that says “as he/she/they were saying a moment ago”. So I looked up the Mar A Lago press conference and lo and behold, Trump spent the first 3 mins blathering on about the borders and criminals from all over the world pouring in, and then at 4:38 Johnson makes the remark about hardened criminals. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DGZMpcQ5wJ4&pp=ygU-TWlsZSB0aG9tcHNvbiBkb25hbGQgdHJ1bXAgcHJlc3MgY29uZmVyZW5jZSBoYXJkZW5lZCBjcmltaW5hbHM%3D

It’s still funny but I seriously question your credibility and/or judgment if you think Johnson believes Trump is “a hardened criminal” based only on this

Don't most non-MAGA people with some knowledge about Trump believe (or know) that Trump is a criminal?  Whether or not he is a "hardened" criminal is perhaps a matter of judgment but not really too much of a stretch.
