Insiders say that pay for trainees will be held at the same level, but associates who are NQ, 1 PQE and 2 PQE will get an extra £500. Associates with 3 PQE get an extra grand.
So it may only work out at a latte a day, but a raise is still a raise. And not to be sniffed at in a market that's still pretty flat.
