This week's biography of choice is John Scott at Dylan Nair solicitors of Preston, Lancashire.

Industrious John "may aswell live at work" and has "won awards at my firm for achieving outstanding results for my clients". He's also a "keen vegetarian and reader". It makes you want to open a vein.

John's profile is just one star in the galaxy that is Dylan Nair. Raj wins major points for saying that his firm is "named after my beautiful son". And then loses them for claiming that he has "won an award for the provision legal advise [sic]".Tom has also received awards: in his case "for delivering excellent customer service".

Clearly all must have prizes. And those who haven't are mugging up in order to get them. "I have completed a customer service training programme with Dylan Nair", enthuses Lucy. And Josie. And Nadim. And Ben. And Liam. And Nabila. And Gurp.

Still, they all seem smiley and happy, and they "specialise in finding the cheapest possible price for your legal needs". So clients should at least get a bigger bang for their buck than they would with Gillian Howard, the £800-an-hour rottweiler with a handbag.
