An American lawyer is suing his estate agent for damages caused, he claims, by a massive sex session in his house.

Adam Bunge had put his house up for sale with estate agent Steven Skar before jetting off to London with his wife for an extended holiday. But he was emailed by a neighbour, who said that "some weird stuff" had been going on at the house and that Skar had left with another man. According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Bunge told the neighbour to enter the house, where he was confronted with carnage including: soiled sheets; stained chairs, tables, rugs and sofas;used towels littering the bathroom; and, ewwww, an open bottle of lubricant

Bunge claims that Skar's employers admitted "unauthorised sexual escapades" took place at the house, and coughed up more than $7,000 to clean the house, change the locks and replace the damaged items. Hiring a hotel room in the first place would have been much cheaper.

Skar has since been sacked and had his licence revoked. His lawyers have denied the allegations, claiming that other people also had access to Bunge's house.
