ROF loves a good typo, so thanks to the reader who pointed out this excellent example found in a New Zealand judgment, no less.

It was orginally tweeted by StrictlyObiter. ROF hasn't bothered tracking down the original judgment so there's always a chance it really is the poor f***er's name and there's no typo at all.
