the biggest most complacent/arrogant mistake one can make about Truss, Trump etc is that everything they are saying is wrong. The trouble is, some of what they say is correct. Little bits now and then. This is the danger.  The thickasminceocracy cling on to those points. They help people like Truss and Trump go further than they deserve. 

A lot of the stuff she is saying is bonkers but some is not and she is not lacking ways of turning minds.

She doesnt even believe what she is saying in my view.  Having spectacularly failed in mainstream UK politics to a degree probably unmatched in the nation's history, she has found a home ranting to the extreme right in the US, money in the bank, and some people that do not just openly laugh at her as the entire UK does.

What Mutley says. It is silly to say that everything these politicians say is wrong.  It means potential supporters become mistrustful of the criticisms against them and mistrustful of the opposition. The reporting in the pandemic, so much of which was wrong has not helped this. 

The problem is that she has the the political inclinations of Risky, the self-awareness of Lydia, and the nuance of Chambo.
