The polls have closed and the votes have been counted, and RollOnFriday is delighted to announce that Jeremy Butler is the Glamorous Solicitor of the Year 2013.

Over 24,000 votes were cast in the competition, with over 8,500 of you (or possibly 6,000 of you and one massive Jeremy Butler fan) voting in the final. While Miruna Suciu put the glamorous back into Glamorous Solicitor, and suave Philip Dowsett captured hearts, in the end Butler was too good to beat. Caught on camera after spotting his trainee taking the last biscuit, the HowardKennedyFsi partner won the title with a convincing 47% of the vote.

  First place: Jeremy Butler

Dowsett came second with 29% and Suciu came third with 24%.

Second place: Philip Dowsett

  Third place: Miruna Suciu

The champion told RollOnFriday, "Apart from appearing in the New Year's Honours list with a gong for services to the legal profession this is the highest accolade one could ever aspire to receive. I'm blown away. On the wagon now, though come the 1st February I shall raise a glass in celebration. Cheers!"

The search is now on for the Glamorous Solicitors of 2014. If you spot one, please send in your nomination.

I believe the phonetic transcription would be su:t?u:
Quite miffed she didn't win, it would have been great to read her acceptance speech.
